RK is really a mess right now. They used to offer pretty good service, but that’s all gone now. I gotta warn you, if you run into any issues with a seller and try to take it up with them, RK will just ignore your plea without any heads-up or reason. It feels like we’re supposed to just guess what they want from us. Their shady practices have made them lose all the trust they once had with their customers. It’s obvious they’re on a fast track to decline.

RK is an absolute disaster at the moment. They used to provide decent service, but now it has completely vanished. I must caution you that if you encounter any problems with a seller and decide to escalate the issue, RK will simply disregard your request without any form of notification or explanation. It seems like we are expected to magically know what they want from us. Their unfair practices have caused them to lose all the respect they once had for their customers. It's clear that they are rapidly declining and heading downhill.

This is definitely a scam! The con artists not only entice folks with misleading claims, but they also totally dodge any kind of contact.

I really recommend steering clear of this company. They are nothing but a total scam. Rebatekey used to seem reliable since they actually paid out before. But lately, they’ve dropped the ball big time. I’ve lost close to $1000 because of their shady practices. Their customer service? Non-existent! It feels like they just wipe out any support tickets I send. To top it off, the last check they sent bounced, which not only meant I missed out on my cash but also racked up crazy fees from my bank. The check before that? Never even got sent, even though they promised to 'resend it'—what a joke! Seriously, do yourself a favor and avoid this company!

A few days back, I found out the hard way that my login info for Rebatekey was totally useless. To my shock, I noticed that my email had been changed without me knowing. On top of that, the password for my account was altered, leaving me locked out of my own profile. This unauthorized access and the tampering with my personal details have really stressed me out and made me question how secure this platform really is.

As if that wasn't enough, I had a hefty $1,200 sitting in my account, and now it's just gone. I can't recommend this site at all because there's no customer service to help out.

It's super important for folks to keep track of their finances. I had deposited a check they sent on May 15th, for about $2,000. Sadly, that check came back. I tried to get in touch with RK customer support via their website and social media, but so far, no luck on getting a reply.

Right now, I've got over $2000 in rebates that are just sitting there, waiting to be processed. I haven't seen a dime yet. The payout date just keeps getting pushed back, and I haven't heard a peep from customer support.

Getting assistance from them is almost a lost cause. I've reached out multiple times about my trouble claiming a certain item, but they haven't replied at all. If you need support, you might as well not bother because they’ll just ignore you. I've finally thrown in the towel on this.

I used to be a regular user of Rebatekey, but that’s changed. Lately, I've seen a huge jump in the so-called 'original' prices for a bunch of products. Can you believe they’re advertising backpacks with claimed original prices of $700? And scarves going for $300! These aren’t even popular designer names; they’re obscure brands that I can’t find anywhere else online. Yet, I’m supposed to think they’re worth more than well-known brands like Coach and Kate Spade.

This whole thing is just a total scam. I bought the item on May 16, 2022, thinking I’d get a rebate by June 16, 2022. But they gave me a code that didn’t work for account verification. After reaching out to them, they sent me a new code, which I used to verify my account weeks back. Even though my account shows it’s fully verified, I still haven’t seen the rebate they promised. On top of that, they’ve completely ignored all my messages.

Right after I made my order, I shot them an email with screenshots of my purchases and the order numbers, just like they asked. To my dismay, they told me they couldn't confirm the order in their system, which was exactly why I reached out in the first place. It’s super frustrating that their system wouldn’t let me input my order numbers. I just don’t get why the screenshots showing the items I bought and received, which are already in their records, aren’t good enough for verification.

As a seller on RebateKey, we sadly faced the hassle of pulling back the money we had sent earlier because of RebateKey's Amazon ban. The whole experience was really annoying, and to top it off, we were caught off guard by a 3% fee that they never disclosed on their site.

Their policy is just plain awful. They don't let you use any coupons or discounts that sellers put up on Amazon. Plus, they let sellers reach out to me for reviews, but when I tried to use a coupon, they wouldn’t give me any compensation. I had to go and file a complaint with BBB.org. Because of that, Rebate Key shut down my account. To top it all off, since I wasn’t using coupons and writing reviews, Amazon ended up closing my account too. Getting my Amazon account back was a real hassle.

I've been a RebateKey user for over two years now, and honestly, it’s been great. Typically, I get my checks right on the dot, about a week after they’re sent out.

There was a short time when checks were taking an extra two weeks to arrive, but they sorted that out in about three weeks. By the end of that third week, all the late checks and the new ones showed up.

Unfortunately, I kinda jumped the gun and sent some items back, which led to my account getting restricted.

I really hope RebateKey can step up their communication game to help us dodge these mix-ups in the future, or maybe offer better tracking for the checks they send out.
